Ian is the cofounder of PostNet Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd and was previously brand manager at Beecham and marketing manager at Hoechst.

He is a former Mayor of Midrand and past Chairperson of the Franchise Association of Southern Africa.

Neville founded VDS in 1988. He is currently the managing director of VDS. Neville also focuses on stakeholder engagement, acquisitions and general strategy.

A chartered accountant, Cameron was the group financial manager at Pinnacle Technology Holdings before becoming a senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. He joined the group in 2002. Cameron previously held the position of FD, before being appointed COO in 2008.

A chartered accountant, Geoffrey was previously FD of Cargo Africa Group (a subsidiary of Imperial Holdings).

He joined OneLogix as FD in 2008.

Lesego is presently Managing Director of AWCA Investment Holdings Limited. Prior to this she was financial director of Golding Mia Kutlwano, a stockbroking firm. She also serves as a non-executive director on the board of Sasfin Holdings and is a board member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).

Innocentia, who holds a CA(SA), was until September 2012 Head of Finance at Nedbank Corporate Banking, whereafter she was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of The National Empowerment Fund, a position she held until end-July 2018. Currently, Innocentia acts as an independent consultant to various parties.

Alec has 35 years' experience in banking and has held a senior executive position in the Barclays Group. Formerly he was also CEO and executive director of CorpCapital Bank after starting Fulcrum Bank.

Victoria, who holds a CA(SA) and ADP from the University of Cape Town, completed her articles at PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. in the Banking Division. She is currently Head of Credit at FirstRand Bank having previously been Head of Finance at Ashburton Investments and Chief Executive Officer of First National Bank Forex.

Kgotso Schoeman, CEO of Kagiso Capital, established by the Kagiso Trust where he has been involved for 15 years.

Spearheading the trust's transition from being dependent on international grants from donors to a trust that is now self-financed through its investment company. Amongst others, Kgotso was responsible for managing the trust's budget.

Kgotso led the design of strategic programmes for the Kagiso Trust and partner organisations. He led the team responsible for the design and implementation of the current strategy of the trust, which has unlocked partnership funding agreements with the private sector and government.

Lebogang is the investment manager of Kagiso Capital. He obtained exposure to banking and private equity at PwC and as a senior associate at Shanduka Group (Pty) Ltd, where he was responsible for the management of their Africa business, Private Equity Fund, as well as monitoring investments in the telecoms, mining, energy, property, industrial and financial services sectors.
